Saiba Sabherwal is the Founder of Iris Ventures and she leads all investing activity. She has 20+ years of experience working at several of the most prominent technology companies. She started her career at Google, followed by Pandora Music and Spotify (when they were both private).

For the past decade Saiba has been CFO of 3 high growth health technology companies. She was the first CFO of Komodo Health (a healthcare data platform), CFO of Nayya (an employee benefits software company) and most recently she was interim CFO at Heartbeat Health (the largest virtual cardiology company in the US).

Saiba has also been advising and investing in companies that are highly differentiated and where she can add value from her deep operating experience.
